A LOVING SISTER, AN EXTRAORDINARY BEING.
My Sister Oge was a remarkable person, a loving sister, a cherished friend, and an amazing person. She was not just my sibling, but my confidant, adviser and my best friend. Her presence brought joy, laughter, and warmth into the lives of all who knew her. The peacemaker, the protector of James Oma’s lineage, it is indeed difficult to accept your passing, to accept it is truly over, that you are gone. Oge was indeed a gift from the heavens. As we grew up through our childhood years, Oge was always there to lend a listening ear irrespective of the polygamous nature of our family.
Oftentimes I think of you more like a mother. I was heartbroken at losing you.
A river of sorrow, each tears a story never to be told. I cry for the words left unsaid…..Oge, I was not expecting this journey you embarked on this soon….
All we now have is the memories of you.
I will always remember your bright smiles, kind soul, and peaceful nature.
I pray someday, we will meet again, where the pastures are greener and where there is no pain nor sorrow. Only joy and laughter. What a great day that would be to see you again.
Oge you are gone but never forgotten. Rest in perfect peace until we meet to part no more.
